- Orders are processed after payment is confirmed; delivery is completed once your top-up has been sent to your account.
- Double-check your Player ID before paying — deliveries are non-reversible.
- Never share your account password with anyone, including our staff.
- Refunds are only available for undelivered orders within 72 hours.
